Cork Market is now open! Stock up on everything from cured meats to cheese to locally produced milk to coffee (which is also served in-store). And of course wine. They are still working on the tasting room upstairs.

They have wine of course: organized from white to red going from Austria to Spain (alphabetically I assume?) with New World in the middle. WOW!!! I was spoiled on Zingermans in MI, one of the best known independent delis in the world, and it has been my standard for comparison ever since. I say with confidence that Cork Market rocks! Just had sandwiches for lunch and a latte – WOW! Long overdue for DC.
