ReadysetDC Previews: Ping Pong Dim Sum
Reported by JustinYesterday I had the chance to preview Ping Pong Dim Sum, which will be the first in the US. The restaurant is 6,100 square feet, and offers seating for 238. The planned opening is this Saturday the 12th. They plan on offering both midday and late night happy hours.
I did not get a chance to try any food, but I did sample few drinks, which were delicious.
Left: Lychee + Roses Martini. Right: Kumquat Mojito.
I’m told that the Crispy Hoi Sin Duck Spring Roll is the number one seller overseas. Overall it’s a beautiful space. I can’t wait to try the food on Saturday!

Of course you didn’t sample any food, but were able to swig a few drinks. Lush blogger.
